"Unfortunately, patrons had to bring their phones as tickets were secured on them. I understand the disruption that comes from people recording, however the turmoil that was caused by this was extremely frustrating and unnecessary for patrons. In the future, perhaps patrons should be allowed to print tickets before the show and leave their phones at home. For those who choose not to, there should be a separate line to put their phones in pouches. Due to securing phones during entrance to the show, people were late getting in. This was extremely aggravating and put a damper on the first half of the show for many patrons. The tickets were not cheap."
